Tear-resistant polyolefin composite material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a tear-resistant polyolefin composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The polyolefin composite material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 50 parts of linear low-density polyethylene, 5 to 30 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 10 to 30 parts of metallocene polyethylene, 2 to 10 parts of tear-resistant aid and 5 to 20 parts of layered inorganic filler, the tear-resistant auxiliary agent is one or more of a vinyl fluoride-containing polymer, nylon resin, epoxy resin or phenolic resin. Part of metallocene polyethylene is added into an LLDPE/EVA system and cooperates with a specific type of tear-resistant assistant and layered inorganic filler, so that the tear resistance of the material can be greatly improved on the basis of not reducing the rigidity and toughness of the material.
本发明公开了一种抗撕裂的聚烯烃复合材料及其制备方法和应用。本发明的聚烯烃复合材料,包括如下重量份的组分:线性低密度聚乙烯20~50份,乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物5~30份,茂金属聚乙烯10~30份,抗撕裂助剂2~10份,层状无机填料5~20份;所述抗撕裂助剂为含氟乙烯聚合物、尼龙树脂、环氧树脂或酚醛树脂中的一种或几种。通过在LLDPE/EVA体系中加入部分茂金属聚乙烯,协同特定种类的抗撕裂助剂、层状无机填料,可以在不降低材料刚性、韧性的基础上,大幅改善材料的抗撕裂性能。
