The invention relates to a durable universal colored pavement anti-skid coating and a preparation method thereof. The durable universal colored pavement anti-skid coating comprises primer, anti-skid particles and finish paint, wherein the primer is a solvent-free polyurethane adhesive, the anti-skid particles are colored ceramic particles, and the finish paint is a polyaspartic wear-resistant finish paint or a polyurethane modified epoxy anti-skid finish paint. The coating can realize lasting skid resistance of a road surface, is widely applicable to various road surfaces, including all levels of highway ramps, curves, crossings, tunnel entrances and exits, special lanes, special channels, common road surfaces and the like, and is convenient for a user to design, select and construct.
