Locally replaceable frog and replacement method
The invention relates to a locally replaceable frog and a replacement method, and the locally replaceable frog is composed of a frog body, an embedded core, a T-shaped bolt pair and a wedge-shaped clamping block, the high-manganese steel frog body and the embedded core are matched in a concave-convex mode, T-shaped mounting holes are formed in different positions of the joint face, and the high-manganese steel frog body and the embedded core are fastened through a plurality of T-shaped bolt pairs and wedge-shaped clamping blocks to form the fixed frog. The high manganese steel frog body can be integrally cast; the easy-to-wear section of the frog, namely the inlaid core, can be made of forged high manganese steel or alloy steel with more excellent mechanical properties and other materials; in order to adapt to seamed and seamless line working conditions, the front section and the rear section of the frog can be of two structures, one structure is a traditional bolting structure, and the other structure is a steel rail splicing structure. 本发明涉及一种局部可更换辙叉及更换方法,由辙叉本体、镶芯、T型螺栓副、楔形夹块组成,其中镶芯嵌入至辙叉本体,配合形式为”凹凸”配合,衔接面不同位置设有安装T型孔,采用若干T型螺栓副、楔形夹块将高锰钢辙叉本体、镶芯紧固,组成固定型辙叉。高锰钢辙叉本体可整铸成型;辙叉易损耗段‑镶芯可采用力学性能更加优异的锻造高锰钢或合金钢及其他材料制作;为了适应有缝和无缝两种线路工况,辙叉前段和后段可为两种结构,一种为传统栓接结构,另一种为钢轨拼装结构。优点:辙叉本体与镶芯可拆卸组装,能够快速实现线上、线下更换易损部位,节约成本的同时满足使用要求;镶芯可以采用与辙叉本体不同的材料和生产工艺,提高镶芯的使用性能。
