When soil is adhered to the ground, the rotary table is driven by the motor to rotate to drive the soil spraying and washing assembly, the soil scraping and removing assembly and the soil cleaning and brushing assembly which are arranged on the rotary table to rotate, so that scraping, brushing and spraying and washing of the soil are achieved in the rotating process, and the soil removing effect and efficiency are greatly improved; and the pulling strength of workers is also reduced.
