Construction method of segmental beam
The construction method comprises the steps that a bridge girder erection machine is adopted to sequentially hoist multiple sections of segmental girders, and the multiple sections of segmental girders comprise the 0 # segmental girder; a multi-direction adjusting mechanism is adopted for conducting precision adjustment on the 0 # segmental beam, and then temporary anchoring treatment and temporary supporting treatment are conducted; glue splicing treatment and temporary prestress tensioning treatment are conducted on the multiple sections of segmental beams in sequence; grouting is conducted on a support of the 0 # section beam, temporary anchoring and supporting of the 0 # section beam are dismantled, and then anti-falling beam installation is conducted; prestressed steel strand penetrating and prestressed tensioning treatment are conducted on the multiple sections of segmental beams; and grouting and anchor sealing treatment is conducted on the multiple sections of segmental beams. According to the construction method, the strength of the 0 # segment beam can be improved, and the stability of the highway bridge is improved.
本发明公开了一种节段梁的施工方法,包括采用架桥机依次吊装多段节段梁,其中多段节段梁包括0#节段梁;采用多向调节机构对0#节段梁进行精度调节,并再进行临时锚固处理和临时支承处理;依次对多段节段梁进行胶拼处理和临时预应力张拉处理;对0#节段梁的支座进行灌浆,拆除0#节段梁的临时锚固与支承,并再进行防落梁安装;对多段节段梁进行预应力钢绞线穿束以及预应力张拉处理;对多段节段梁进行压浆封锚处理。本施工方法能够提高0#节段梁的强度,增加公路桥梁的稳固性。
