A motor is arranged in the bottom plate, the output end of the motor is fixedly connected with a first rotating shaft, a first fluted disc is arranged on the outer wall of the first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft is arranged on one side of the motor, and a second fluted disc is arranged on the outer wall of the second rotating shaft. A transmission belt is connected between the first fluted disc and the second fluted disc, and a gear is arranged on the outer wall of the second rotating shaft. The problems that when a user carries out cantilever cast-in-place beam construction, the hanging basket is prone to standing unstably when moving forwards, and the safety of the user during operation is affected are solved, meanwhile, vibration generated during moving is buffered, and then the stability of the whole device is guaranteed.
