Underwater reinforcing rapid bottom sealing technology
The invention discloses an underwater reinforcing and rapid bottom sealing technology, and particularly relates to a rapid bottom sealing technology which is adopted for preventing slurry leakage of a reinforcing bottom opening when regional reinforcing is carried out on an underwater middle suspended part of a pile foundation or a pier column of a bridge. Basic materials such as waterproof cloth, zippers, steel wire ropes, anchor buckles, steel base plates and eyelet bolts are adopted in the technology. When underwater reinforcing and bottom sealing are carried out, the bottom opening of the reinforcing formwork and a pile foundation or a pier column below the reinforcing formwork are wrapped with pre-processed waterproof cloth, the waterproof cloth is fixed through steel wire ropes annularly arranged in the waterproof cloth, the bottom opening of the reinforcing formwork is tightly sealed, then a small amount of concrete is poured for initial structural bottom sealing, and after the concrete reaches the expected strength, the bottom opening of the reinforcing formwork is sealed. And the bottom sealing material can be detached, and reinforcement is continuously completed. Compared with traditional manual underwater bottom sealing, the bottom sealing technology is high in safety, rapid, efficient and good in economical efficiency.
本发明描述了一种水下加固快速封底技术,即针对桥梁的桩基或者墩柱,在其水下中间悬空部位进行区域性加固时,为防止加固底口漏浆所采用的一种快速封底技术。该技术采用防水布、拉链、钢丝绳、锚扣、钢垫板以及活节螺栓等基本材料。在进行水下加固封底时,先用预先加工好的防水布包裹加固模壳底口与其下方的桩基或墩柱,并用防水布内环向设置的钢丝绳固定防水布、封紧加固模壳底口,然后浇筑少量混凝土进行初期结构性封底,待混凝土达到预期强度后,可拆除该封底材料,继续完成加固。本发明所述封底技术相比传统人工水下封底安全性高、快捷高效、经济性好。
