The pipe piles are inserted into the river bottom to serve as bearing foundations. And each bearing beam is supported by a plurality of tubular piles. The bailey beams are mainly composed of a plurality of bailey frames, and each bailey beam is supported by a plurality of bearing beams. Each bearing device is supported by at least two bailey trusses; an avoiding through hole is formed in each bearing device; each pile foundation steel casing is located under one avoiding through hole. Each top cover is located in one avoiding through hole, detachably covers the corresponding pile foundation steel casing and is supported by the pile foundation steel casing. The construction cost can be reduced, and the activity space of the pile foundation temporary construction platform is increased, so that the utilization rate of the activity space of the pile foundation temporary construction platform is increased, and the operation efficiency is improved.
