A bearing plate variable-diameter cage of an expansion type expanded-head anchor rod comprises an expansion type expanded-head bearing plate and a cage framework, and the expansion type expanded-head bearing plate comprises more than one ring-shaped fixator, a plurality of connecting ribs, a plurality of vertical ribs, a center rod or a center sleeve rod, a bearing plate, an expansion rod and a pin shaft; the lower end of the center rod or the center sleeve rod is fixed to the bearing plate, the center rod or the center sleeve rod is sleeved with the ring-shaped fixator, the first set of multiple vertical ribs surround the center rod or the center sleeve rod, and the first set of multiple movable connecting ribs are movably connected with the upper ends of the multiple vertical ribs and the multiple movable joints on the circumference of the ring-shaped fixator respectively. A group of expansion rods surround the center rod or the center sleeve rod, the lower ends of the expansion rods are movably connected with pin shafts arranged around the bearing plate, the expansion rods are contracted and close to surround the center rod or the center sleeve rod, and the expansion rods are opened to form an angle of 40-90 degrees with the center rod or the center sleeve rod; the upper ends of the expansion rods are movably hinged to the lower ends of the corresponding vertical ribs respectively; and a pop-up device is arranged between the expansion rod and the surrounding center rod.
