The invention discloses a pile foundation post-grouting construction device and a using method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building construction.The pile foundation post-grouting construction device comprises a device body, the device body comprises a slurry supply pipe, a cover plate, a grouting pipe and a conical base which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the outer side of the lower end of the slurry supply pipe is wrapped with a slurry inlet sleeve, and a connecting hole is formed in the center of the cover plate; the connecting hole is connected with the bottom of the grout inlet sleeve to form a grout supply channel, a backflow preventing mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the grouting pipe, and a plurality of stabilizing teeth used for fixing the device body are arranged on the surface of the conical seat. By arranging the mounting mechanism and the backflow prevention mechanism, a positioning column is matched with a positioning hole, rapid positioning and convenient assembly of the slurry supply pipe and the slurry inlet sleeve are achieved, further reinforcement is achieved through a fastening screw, and therefore the stability of the device in the using process is improved, and the automatic backflow prevention function of the grouting construction device is achieved; and the practicability of the grouting construction device is further improved.
