The comprehensive waterproof construction method comprises the following steps that a base layer is manufactured, a concrete base layer is poured, and a waterproof roll is laid on the concrete base layer; the prefabricated pipe gallery is installed, a water stop rubber ring is arranged at the joint of the prefabricated pipe gallery, and during tensioning, the two prestressed tendons at the bottom of the prefabricated pipe gallery are tensioned at the same time firstly, and then the two prestressed tendons at the top of the prefabricated pipe gallery are tensioned; waterproof construction is conducted, after the prefabricated pipe gallery is installed, the side wall and the top of the prefabricated pipe gallery are cleaned to serve as a construction base layer of waterproof coiled materials, the construction base layer is coated with a treating agent to enhance the pasting performance of the waterproof coiled materials, and then the waterproof coiled materials are pasted to the side wall and the top of the prefabricated pipe gallery; and protection layer construction is conducted, waterproof brick walls are built on the left side and the right side of the prefabricated pipe gallery wrapped with the waterproof coiled materials, and then a waterproof concrete layer is poured at the upper end of the prefabricated pipe gallery.
