The automatic water replenishing device mainly comprises a water replenishing storage tank, a water replenishing working water tank, a siphon water replenishing pipe and a fixing support. The device is characterized in that a water replenishing working water tank is arranged under the water replenishing storage tank, a siphon water replenishing pipe is arranged in the water replenishing working water tank and penetrates through the center of the bottom of the water replenishing working water tank, and the lower portion of the siphon water replenishing pipe is aligned with a floor drain needing timing water replenishing or a drainage ditch connected with the floor drain.
