The invention provides a high-altitude integral variable-angle jacking construction method for a large-span steel truss. The high-altitude integral variable-angle jacking construction method is used for solving the jacking problem of the steel truss with a large gradient. According to the jacking construction method, a step-by-step jacking mode is adopted, firstly, after ground assembly is conducted, all jacking points are synchronously jacked, after jacking is conducted to the set lowest completed elevation, all the jacking points are asynchronously jacked (at different speeds) to the completed elevation according to the heights of all the points, and at the moment, the whole steel truss is in an inclined state relative to the horizontal plane; therefore, the problem that jacking cannot be carried out at the same time according to different rates is solved, and the method that the same time * different rates = different jacking heights is adopted, so that installation of the large-angle inclined steel net rack is achieved. Step-by-step jacking is adopted, so that the construction period is shortened, the work amount and cost of full framing are reduced, and the welding and splicing quality is guaranteed; and the method is simplest, and the construction workload is minimum.
本发明提供一种大跨度钢网架高空整体变角度顶升施工方法,用于解决带有较大坡度的钢网架的顶升问题。本发明的顶升施工方法,采用分步顶升的方式,首先地面拼装后所有顶升点同步顶升,顶升至设定的最低完成标高后,各顶升点根据各点高度异步顶升(不同速率)至完成标高,此时整体钢网架相对于水平面呈倾斜状态,由此解决顶升无法按照不同速率同时进行的问题,采用同等时间×不同速率=不同顶升高度的方法,以实现大角度倾斜钢网架的安装。采用分步顶升节约工期,减少满堂架架工程量和成本,焊接拼装质量有保障;最为简便,施工作业量也最小。
