The invention relates to a water guide groove type BIPV waterproof structure which comprises a photovoltaic module, a water guide groove module and a fixing module. The water guide groove assembly comprises a plurality of first water guide grooves and second water guide grooves which are arranged in a staggered mode to form a grid, the first water guide grooves are provided with first water guide channels, the second water guide grooves are provided with second water guide channels, and the second water guide grooves are installed at the upper ends of the second water guide grooves. The photovoltaic assembly comprises a plurality of photovoltaic panels, each photovoltaic panel is laid in one corresponding grid, the photovoltaic panels are located at the upper ends of the second water guide grooves, and T-shaped sealing rubber strips are installed between the adjacent photovoltaic panels; the fixing assembly comprises a lower fixing unit and an upper fixing unit, the first water guiding grooves and the second water guiding grooves are arranged in a staggered mode to form a grid structure, most of rainwater on the roof can be guided away through two-stage water prevention, and the water leakage risk of a building caused by damage of the water guiding grooves is avoided.
