The invention relates to the technical field of power supply engineering, in particular to a power grid telegraph pole capable of buffering impact force, which comprises a telegraph pole main body, a trigger device, a main buffer device and an auxiliary buffer device. Triggering devices are buried around the telegraph pole body and movably connected to the buried ground, a main buffering device is fixedly connected to the lower middle portion of the telegraph pole body, and an auxiliary buffering device is fixedly connected to a mounting gap of the main buffering device. The triggering device is arranged, so that objects such as vehicles which are about to be collided can be responded in time, and signals are transmitted to a follow-up device; by arranging the main buffering device, most impact can be resisted from the front face, and the effect of buffering impact force is achieved; and by arranging the auxiliary buffer device, response to secondary impact generated after side impact and front impact is facilitated, and further protection of the telegraph pole body is facilitated.
