The invention discloses a photovoltaic sun-shading integrated plate device which comprises a sun-shading plate, and a photovoltaic power generation assembly is arranged on the surface of at least one side of the sun-shading plate. The driving assembly comprises a first driving motor and a second driving motor, the first driving motor is connected with the upper overhanging component on the outer side of the glass curtain wall, and the second driving motor is connected with the lower overhanging component on the outer side of the glass curtain wall. According to the photovoltaic sunshade integrated plate device, the photovoltaic solar power generation technology is utilized, the sunshade integrated design is combined, and self-generation and self-sufficiency of part of electricity of a building can be achieved through solar photovoltaic power generation; and the sun shield is controlled through the photosensitive element, so that the direction of the sun shield is automatically adjusted along with the irradiation angle of the sun, and sun shading is automatically and manually realized.
