Urban intelligent traffic management and control system
The invention provides a new lane layout, a new traffic rule and an intelligent traffic system by taking road intelligence as the core of intelligent traffic and aiming at the multi-direction driving capability of vehicles and the efficient collaboration of everything interconnection. According to the intelligent traffic system, intelligent vehicles are controlled to utilize multifunctional lanes (lanes (2, 5 and 8)) according to new traffic rules, so that traffic flows at intersections can be dispersed, and meanwhile, the traffic flows pass through the intersections in a segmented and staggered manner, so that the continuity of intelligent traffic is realized. The traffic efficiency of the traffic system can be effectively improved, congestion is reduced, vehicle energy consumption is reduced, and temporary parking areas are increased.
本发明以道路智能作为智能交通的核心,针对车辆多方向行驶能力和万物互联的高效协作性,提出一种新的车道布局、新的交通规则和智能交通系统。智能交通系统通过管控智能车辆利用多功能车道(车道②、车道⑤和车道⑧)按新的交通规则可以分散交叉路口车流,同时车流分段错开时间通过交叉路口,实现智能交通的连续性。本发明能有效的提高交通系统的通行效率,减少拥堵,降低车辆能源消耗,增加临时停车区域。
