The invention belongs to the technical field of high-voltage switch cabinets, and particularly relates to a high-voltage switch cabinet with a lifting structure and a use method thereof, the high-voltage switch cabinet comprises a high-voltage switch cabinet body, a base, a lifting platform, a rotating rod, a bevel gear and a cam; during working, the high-voltage switch cabinet body is moved to a to-be-installed position, a gradienter is used for detecting the inclination direction of the high-voltage switch cabinet body, a manual wrench or an electric wrench is used for rotating a rotating rod in the inclination direction, through meshing transmission of a bevel gear, a cam is driven to rotate, a lifting table is pushed to move downwards, and the inclination position of the high-voltage switch cabinet body is lifted; and the level of the high-voltage switch cabinet body is detected by using the gradienter until the high-voltage switch cabinet body is adjusted to be horizontal, so that the working difficulty of workers is reduced, the working efficiency of the workers is improved, and the safety degree of operation of the high-voltage switch cabinet body is improved.
