The invention belongs to the technical field of buildings, and particularly relates to a wood-plastic flame-retardant wallboard. The wood-plastic flame-retardant wallboard sequentially comprises a first co-extrusion layer, a second co-extrusion layer, a third co-extrusion layer, a fourth co-extrusion layer and a fifth co-extrusion layer from top to bottom, the first co-extrusion layer and the fifth co-extrusion layer are the same and comprise plastic, a phosphorus flame retardant and an aluminum-magnesium flame retardant; the second co-extrusion layer and the fourth co-extrusion layer are the same and comprise plastic and an aluminum-magnesium flame retardant; and the third co-extrusion layer comprises plant fibers, plastic, an aluminum-magnesium flame retardant and a phosphorus flame retardant. By designing the flame-retardant co-extrusion fully-coated board and reasonably designing a specific formula in each co-extrusion layer, the flame retardance of the wood-plastic wallboard is ensured, and meanwhile, the mechanical property of the wood-plastic wallboard cannot be reduced.
