The invention discloses an urban infrastructure earth surface drainage system, which comprises a permeable pavement layer, a grating plate layer, a leveling layer, a drainage layer and a tamping layer, and is characterized in that the drainage layer comprises a plurality of paving box bodies formed by connecting and arranging and a geotechnical cloth layer covering the tops of the paving box bodies; the underground paving box bodies are used for storing surface water permeating downwards from the permeable pavement layer, the underground paving box bodies are communicated with one another, and the drainage layer further comprises geotechnical cloth layers wrapping the two side faces and the bottoms of the underground paving box bodies. Or the drainage layer further comprises waterproof film layers wrapping the two side faces and the bottoms of the ground paving box bodies, and water guide strips are vertically arranged on the other side faces of the ground paving box bodies. The urban infrastructure ground surface drainage system can meet the strength and drainage requirements of urban infrastructures at the same time, is firm, durable and efficient in drainage, and is worthy of being popularized in urban infrastructure construction.
