Curve widening truss bridge structure
The invention discloses a curve widening truss bridge structure which comprises a space main truss and a bridge deck system arranged on the space main truss, the space main truss is composed of two trusses, the two trusses are symmetrically arranged relative to the center line of a bridge, the truss width of the two trusses is gradually increased from the standard truss width to the broken line width, the gradual increase of the truss width in the broken line means that the two adjacent main truss sections, the front section and the rear section are connected through node bevel sections in the length direction of the two trusses, so that the outer end of the rear section expands outwards, and the truss width between the left truss and the right truss forming the outer end of the rear section is larger than the truss width of the outer end of the front section. According to the invention, the bending and widening arrangement of the space main truss is realized by replacing a curve with a straight line, and the break angle of each node is optimized into two break angles for transition, so that the node is positioned on the straight line section between the two break angles, the normal I-shaped cross section of the vertical rod is ensured, and the difficulty in manufacturing, mounting and matching of the rod piece is also reduced.
本发明公开了一种曲线变宽桁架桥结构,包括空间主桁和设置在所述空间主桁上的桥面体系,所述空间主桁由两片桁架组成,两片桁架以桥梁中心线对称设置,所述两片桁架由标准桁宽,折线逐渐增加桁宽,其中,折线逐渐增加桁宽指的是沿两片桁架的长度方向,相邻的两段主桁节段,前节段与后节段之间通过节点折角段连接,使得后节段的外端向外侧扩展,形成后节段外端的左桁架和右桁架之间的桁宽大于前节段外端的桁宽。本发明,通过以直代曲实现空间主桁的弯曲变宽设置,并且将每一个节点折角均优化为两个折角过渡,使节点位于两折角间的直线段上,保证了竖杆为正常的工字型截面,也降低了杆件制造和安装匹配难度。
