The invention discloses a construction method of a large-span steel structure combined bridge. The construction method comprises the steps that S1, a truck crane is arranged near each of two piers; s2, a main truck-mounted crane is connected with the middle of the steel beam component, the main truck-mounted crane lifts the steel beam component, one end of the steel beam component is located between the first pier and the second pier, and then the steel beam component is borne on the first pier; s3, the auxiliary truck crane is connected with the end, close to the steel beam component, of the steel beam component, then the main truck crane is separated from the middle position of the steel beam component, and then the main truck crane is connected with the other end of the steel beam component; s4, the main truck crane and the auxiliary truck crane hoist the steel beam component and enable the steel beam component to be installed on the first bridge pier and the second bridge pier; and S5, the steps S2 to S4 are repeated, hoisting of all the steel beam components is completed, and finally all the steel beam components are spliced. According to the construction method of the large-span steel structure combined bridge, hoisting construction can be conducted on the large-span steel structure combined bridge through a common truck crane, and construction is more convenient.
