The invention provides a hanger hanging pulley which comprises a first hanger provided with a first pulley; the second hanging frame is provided with a second pulley; and the first hanging rack is detachably connected with the second hanging rack. The hanger hanging pulley adopts a combined structure, so that the disassembly and assembly steps of the hanger hanging pulley on the sliding rail are simplified, an access hole structure formed in the sliding rail in the traditional process is avoided, the structural strength of the sliding rail is ensured, and the safety is high. The invention further provides a pulley damping assembly which comprises a buffering assembly and the hanging rack hanging pulley, and the first hanging rack and/or the second hanging rack are/is detachably installed on the buffering assembly. The pulley damping assembly is convenient to assemble with the sliding rail by assembling the detachable hanging frame hanging pulley and the detachable tail pulley assembly, and the practicability is high.
