The invention relates to a water distribution system with hygienic capability. According to a first aspect, the invention describes a water distribution system (1) comprising: a water feeder; an inflow point of the heating source (100) or externally heated water; at least one sensor that measures water quality; a flow path of water, the flow path of water having a user outflow port UO; and a control unit for operating the water distribution system (1), to which the at least one sensor for measuring the water quality is connected, where the water distribution system (1) comprises a conduit in a conduit system, where at least one part of the conduit system in the water distribution system (1) comprises a conduit part, the conduit portion is made of a plastic material comprising silver and/or zinc to provide an internal anti-biofilm of the conduit portion.
