The invention discloses a self-propelled module vehicle beam-lifting transportation device and a bridge static dismantling method. The self-propelled module vehicle beam-lifting transportation device comprises two self-propelled module vehicles which are oppositely arranged; the supporting frame comprises two portal frames and two connecting beams which are oppositely arranged, the two opposite sides of the portal frames are detachably installed on the two self-propelled module vehicles respectively, the connecting beams are connected to the two portal frames, and the two connecting beams are arranged in the length direction of the portal frames; the bearing beam is used for placing the beam block and is detachably mounted at the lower parts of the two connecting beams through a lifting mechanism, the lifting mechanism comprises an electric tensioning jack mounted on the connecting beams and a steel strand penetrating through the electric tensioning jack, and two ends of the bearing beam are respectively connected to the steel strands on the two connecting beams; and the controller is connected to the self-propelled module vehicle and the electric tensioning jack. The problem that a crane is adopted to lift and unload beam blocks in existing municipal bridge cutting and dismantling, and the time for occupying a construction area crossing an expressway is long is solved.
