The invention discloses an in-situ curing method for a large-area soft soil foundation. The in-situ curing method comprises the following steps that S1, a site is cleaned, and a stirrer supporting platform is arranged; s2, a cantilever rod and a powerful stirring mechanism are driven by a mechanical arm of the stirring machine to extend downwards to the treatment depth step by step, and slurry spraying is conducted while stirring is conducted through a slurry spraying pipe arranged on the cantilever rod; in the working process of the powerful stirring mechanism, the powerful stirring mechanism is driven by the first driving part to rotate, and a stirring head in the powerful stirring mechanism is driven by the second driving part to rotate, so that the stirring head rotates around the axis of the powerful stirring mechanism while rotating around the axis of the powerful stirring mechanism; s3, after curing and stirring are completed, the ground is filled and compacted, and maintenance is conducted till the design strength is met; the powerful stirring mechanism comprises a rotating shaft rotationally connected to the bottom end of the cantilever rod and a stirring head rotationally connected to the rotating shaft. The stirring device has the effect of expanding the stirring range of the stirring head.
