A surrounding type cutting device for a constructional engineering pile head comprises a support, an electric telescopic rod, an L-shaped connecting rod, a first gear motor, a second gear motor, a saw blade and a controller, the support is of a frame-shaped structure formed by assembling a fixing frame and a connecting rod, and two movable adjusting rods are arranged at the top of the support in parallel; a supporting rod is movably arranged on the two adjusting rods, the bottom of the supporting rod is connected with a rotating disc through a first gear motor, one side of the rotating disc is connected with an L-shaped connecting rod through an electric telescopic rod, and the bottom of the L-shaped connecting rod is connected with a saw blade through a second gear motor. The round rotating disc is arranged below the supporting rod and connected with the L-shaped connecting rod through the electric telescopic rod, the saw blade is arranged below the L-shaped connecting rod through the gear motor, and the cutting distance and the cutting radius of the saw blade below can be adjusted through stretching and retracting of the electric telescopic rod, so that the whole pile head can be cut off, time and labor are saved, and the working efficiency is improved; and pile heads of any size can be cut, and the application range is wide.
一种建筑工程桩头环绕式切割装置,包括支架、电动伸缩杆、L型连接杆、减速电机一、减速电机二、锯片和控制器,所述的支架是由固定框和连接杆组装而成的框型结构,支架的顶部平行设置两个可移动的调节杆,两个调节杆上可移动设置一个支撑杆,支撑杆底部通过减速电机一与转盘相连接,转盘的一侧通过电动伸缩杆与L型连接杆相连接,L型连接杆的底部通过减速电机二与锯片相连接;本发明的支撑杆下方设置有圆转盘,圆转盘通过电动伸缩杆与L型连接杆连接,L型连接杆下方通过减速电机设置锯片,电动伸缩杆的伸缩可以调整下方锯片的切割距离和切割半径,从而可以把整个桩头都切割掉,省时省力,提高了工作效率,任何尺寸的桩头都能切割,适用范围广。
