Precast concrete formwork for line iron tower foundation
A line iron tower foundation prefabricated concrete formwork comprises a prefabricated splicing plate type prefabricated concrete formwork at the bottom and a prefabricated inserting box type prefabricated concrete formwork at the upper portion, the splicing plate type prefabricated concrete formwork at least comprises one layer, and a concrete filling space of an iron tower foundation base is defined by the splicing plate type prefabricated concrete formwork; the number of the plug-in box type precast concrete formworks is at least one, the plug-in box type precast concrete formworks are fixed in a plug-in mode, and a concrete filling space of the iron tower foundation stand column is defined by the plug-in box type precast concrete formworks. Combed joints are arranged at the two ends of the spliced plate type prefabricated concrete formwork, and four prefabricated formworks can be spliced into a box type formwork for concrete pouring of a step type base at the bottom of an iron tower foundation. The plug-in box type precast concrete formwork is mainly used for concrete pouring of a stand column of an iron tower foundation, butt-joint openings are formed in the upper end and the lower end, installation is convenient, and slurry leakage during concrete pouring is avoided. The prefabrication assembly rate of line engineering is improved, wood consumption is reduced, and green construction is achieved.
