The invention relates to a sustainable recycling and graded utilization system for rainwater, which comprises a road cleaning circulation loop for cleaning a road by using recycled rainwater; the domestic water circulation loop is used for using the recycled rainwater; the road cleaning circulation loop and the domestic water circulation loop are overlapped on the water collecting tank (1), the rainwater discarding device (2) and the rainwater reservoir (4). The water collecting tank (1) is further connected with a rainwater collecting device, and the water collecting tank (1) is connected with a domestic water recycling device through a daily domestic water recycling pipeline (10). Compared with the prior art, the rainwater recycling system has the advantages that the use value of the rainwater recycling system is improved, and water resources are efficiently utilized.
