The invention provides a replaceable self-resetting buckling restrained brace. A spring is telescopically arranged on a buckling restrained brace structure in a sleeving mode, and the two ends of the spring are connected with an upper connecting end plate and a lower connecting end plate correspondingly. The two ends of the buckling restrained brace structure are welded to one side face of the upper connecting end plate and one side face of the lower connecting end plate correspondingly. One end of the upper end non-energy-consumption section is detachably connected to the other side face of the upper connecting end plate; one end of the lower end non-energy-consumption section is detachably connected to the other side face of the lower connecting end plate. According to the structure, the vibration response under the earthquake action is reduced, meanwhile, the structure can restore to the original position after a major earthquake, the use function is not interrupted, the structure still has the capacity of resisting the horizontal earthquake action after the earthquake, and the safety of the structure under the aftershock is guaranteed; and moreover, the device is convenient to mount, dismount and replace, simple in structure and convenient to construct.
