The construction method comprises the following steps that areas are pre-divided, and a toilet area and a shower cubicle area are divided; a micro-descending plate is arranged, the micro-descending plate is arranged at the angle of the area of the shower cubicle, the drainage vertical pipe and the ventilation vertical pipe penetrate through the micro-descending plate to extend upwards, the drainage vertical pipe is communicated with the ventilation vertical pipe, and the micro-descending plate and the structural plate layer define a caisson; waterproof construction is conducted, specifically, a first waterproof layer is arranged on the micro-descending plate, a second waterproof layer is arranged on the structural plate layer, the edge of the first waterproof layer and the edge of the second waterproof layer are both turned upwards in the mode of being attached to the wall, and the turned height is larger than the floor height; arranging a drainage system; and backfilling and packaging are conducted, a first cement mortar layer is poured on the first waterproof layer, the first cement mortar layer is lower than a water inlet of the second floor drain, a second cement mortar layer is arranged on the second waterproof layer, and a ceramic tile anti-skid layer is arranged on the second cement mortar layer.
