Corridor type safety channel applied to slope type deep foundation pit and construction method
The corridor type safety channel comprises a corridor, the corridor comprises two round steel columns, the two round steel columns are connected through horizontal diagonal bracings and vertical diagonal bracings which are arranged in a staggered mode, supporting plates are welded to the upper ends of the two round steel columns, a main beam is welded to the tops of the supporting plates, and the main beam is welded to the lower ends of the supporting plates. A plurality of secondary beams are welded between the two main beams, riffled plates are laid on the main beams and the secondary beams, a safety channel is arranged above the corridor and comprises an I-shaped steel column welded to the main beams, two layers of top beams are welded to the top of the I-shaped steel column, and a plurality of top plate distribution beams are distributed in the horizontal direction of the top beams at intervals. A first top plate is laid on the top beams and the top plate distribution beams on the upper layer, and a second top plate is laid on the top beams and the top plate distribution beams on the lower layer. The structure is simple, mounting and dismounting are convenient, practicability is high, the passing distance of constructors going up and down a working face can be greatly shortened, and working efficiency is improved; stress is reasonable, and the appearance is attractive.
本发明公开一种应用于放坡式深基坑的连廊式安全通道以及施工方法,包括连廊,连廊包括两根圆钢柱,两根圆钢柱之间通过水平剪刀撑和交错设置的竖向剪刀撑连接,两根所述圆钢柱的上端均焊接有托板,托板的顶部焊接有主梁,两根主梁之间焊接有若干次梁,主梁和次梁上均铺设有花纹钢板,连廊的上方设置有安全通道,安全通道包括焊接在主梁上的工字钢柱,工字钢柱的顶部焊接有两层顶梁,顶梁的水平方向上间隔分布有若干顶板分布梁,上层所述顶梁和顶板分布梁上铺设有第一顶板,下层所述顶梁和顶板分布梁上铺设有第二顶板,本发明结构简单,安装和拆除便捷,实用性高,可以大幅度缩短施工人员上下工作面的通行距离,提高工作效率;受力合理,外形美观。
