An automatic awning for protecting a vehicle or a person from the sun and its heat is claimed. The automatic awning comprises a support column which is fixed on the ground or a stable wall. A closed awning is arranged in the supporting column. The columns include a chain-equipped motor that pushes the awning so that the awning smoothly leaves the columns and becomes a cross beam. The awnings are then opened with two awnings attached to the crossbeams. Each of the awnings is opened in an opposite direction. Each awning folded into a column shape comprises a special fabric and an anchoring rod frame. The present invention relates to a self-propelled vehicle having a spring and a chain which is specially configured to have very precise buoyancy. And the opening part is attached to the column and the fabric to open the fabric awning. Within the cylinder there is a motor that pulls and closes the fabric by winding the cylinder. Each of the awnings includes three sensors: a sun sensor that opens the awnings in daytime and closes the awnings at night, a wind sensor that closes the awnings in strong wind conditions, and a radio frequency (RFID) sensor attached to a designated vehicle that opens when the vehicle approaches and closes in the absence of the vehicle.
