Preparation method of long-time oxidation ablation resistant HfB2-SiC-TaSi2 coating of C/C composite material
The invention relates to a preparation method of a long-time oxidation ablation resistant HfB2-SiC-TaSi2 coating of a C/C composite material. The HfB2-SiC-TaSi2 coating is prepared on the surface of the C/C composite material through a slurry coating assisted high-temperature gas phase siliconizing method. The method specifically comprises the following steps: cleaning and drying the C/C composite material for later use; coating the surface of the C/C composite material with the slurry to prepare a resin-SiC inner pre-coating layer and a resin-HfB2-SiC-TaSi2 outer pre-coating layer; and the HfB2-SiC-TaSi2 coating is obtained through a high-temperature carbonization-gas phase siliconizing method. A proper amount of TaSi2 is added into the HfB2-SiC coating, so that the oxygen barrier capacity and stability of a glass phase generated on the high-temperature surface of the coating are improved, and the coating has good long-time ablation resistance. Slurry coating is combined with a high-temperature gas phase siliconizing method, through reasonable control over components, content and thickness of a pre-coating layer, thermal expansion mismatching of the coating layer and a C/C base body is relieved, and content control over HfB2 and TaSi2 is achieved. Slurry coating is combined with a high-temperature gas-phase siliconizing method, and the particle size and the resin content are regulated and controlled, so that the compactness of the coating and the binding property of the coating and a C/C matrix are improved.
