The method comprises the following steps that two newly-arranged pier columns are arranged on the outer side of the arrangement direction of two existing pier columns; two opposite height adjusting devices are arranged on each large steel hoop and each small steel hoop; inner main beams and outer main beams are arranged, the two outer main beams located on the same side are arranged in a spaced mode, and the inner sides of the outer main beams make contact with the outer sides of the inner main beams; a plurality of distribution beams are arranged at the upper ends of the inner main beam and the outer main beam at intervals, and inclined distribution beam groups are arranged around the existing pier column and the newly-arranged pier column; a capping beam bottom die extending in the arrangement direction of the newly-arranged pier column and the existing pier column is arranged at the upper end of the distribution beam; pouring concrete on the bent cap bottom die to form a newly-arranged bent cap; and the bent cap bottom die, the distribution beam, the inclined distribution beam, the outer main beam, the inner main beam, the small steel hoop and the large steel hoop are sequentially dismantled. The inner main beams and the outer main beams are arranged in a staggered mode, the problem that the clearance height under the bridge is insufficient is solved, and the device is convenient to arrange and suitable for different terrains.
