The invention provides a polyurethane material for a curtain wall, which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 50 to 70 parts of polyol, 70 to 90 parts of polyisocyanate, 0.1 to 2.5 parts of catalyst, 0.1 to 2.5 parts of foaming agent, 0.1 to 2.5 parts of foam stabilizer, 50 to 80 parts of bi-component fiber, 5 to 30 parts of flame retardant, 15 to 50 parts of coloring agent, 10 to 30 parts of antistatic aid, 40 to 60 parts of sound absorbing material, 5 to 25 parts of preservative and 10 to 500 parts of water. The invention further discloses a building curtain wall profile and a preparation method thereof. The obtained building curtain wall profile has excellent mechanical property, good flame retardant property, shock resistance and sound insulation, normal-temperature forming is achieved, energy consumption in the production process is saved, attractiveness and elegance are achieved, and application and popularization of the environment-friendly curtain wall profile are facilitated.
