Energy-saving and environment-friendly epoxy resin geothermal floor
The invention belongs to the technical field of building decoration materials, and relates to an energy-saving and environment-friendly epoxy resin geothermal floor which comprises a surface decoration layer, an epoxy resin plate layer and a damp-proof layer, the surface decoration layer is attached to the epoxy resin plate layer and is a dipping decoration paper, polymer film or digital jet printing layer, the thickness of the surface decoration layer is 0.03-0.5 mm, and the thickness of the damp-proof layer is 0.3-0.5 mm. Aluminum oxide and an antibacterial agent are paved on the surface of the base plate; a damp-proof layer is arranged on the lower surface of the epoxy resin plate layer; the epoxy resin plate layer is formed by uniformly mixing and hot-pressing all components, and the components comprise 10%-20% of glass fiber powder, 10%-20% of carbon fibers, 25%-45% of MDI, 40%-60% of cured epoxy resin fibers and the balance of other fillers. The structure is simple, the antiviral effect of the surface decoration layer reaches 99.9% or above, and the surface decoration layer is not prone to bending deformation after being heated and not prone to expansion after being affected with damp. The epoxy resin geothermal floor disclosed by the invention is excellent in performance, green, environment-friendly, healthy and energy-saving, meets the requirements of green and healthy development concept, and is suitable for industrial production.
