The rubber plug has the beneficial effects that the conical screw hole is more beneficial to installation of the rubber plug, it can be guaranteed that the rubber plug makes close contact with the inner wall of the screw hole, the sealing performance of the rubber plug is guaranteed, and the leakage risk of the screw hole is reduced; the horn mouth is arranged at the opening of the screw hole in the outer side of the wall body, and when water flows down from the outer side of the wall body, the water flows along the edge of the horn mouth, so that the amount of water flowing into the screw hole is reduced, and the leakage risk of the wall body is structurally reduced.
本发明提出一种铝模外墙螺杆洞封堵结构及其施工方法，包括贯穿墙体的螺杆洞，螺杆洞连通墙体的内外两侧，螺杆洞为锥形孔洞，螺杆洞内沿室外到室内的方向依次设有外侧水泥砂浆、橡胶塞、发泡剂和内侧水泥砂浆；橡胶塞的外圆与螺杆洞的锥形内壁紧密贴合。本发明产生的有益效果是：锥形的螺杆洞更有利于橡胶塞的安装，并且能够保证橡胶塞与螺杆洞的内壁紧密接触，保证其密封性，降低螺杆洞的渗漏风险；在墙体外侧的螺杆洞开口处设置喇叭口，当墙体外侧有水流下时，水流会沿喇叭口的边沿流动，进而减小水流入螺杆洞的量，从结构上降低了墙体渗漏风险。
