The longitudinal and transverse beams comprise a plurality of I-shaped beams, each I-shaped beam is composed of two sections of longitudinal beams arranged in parallel and a transverse beam arranged between the two sections of longitudinal beams, and the two sections of longitudinal beams of the I-shaped beams are arranged on the two prefabricated columns respectively. The invention further provides a construction method of the subway station entrance and exit ground structure. Synchronous pre-embedding and synchronous factory pouring are achieved, on-site assembly can be achieved through the prefabricated longitudinal and transverse beams, the foundation, the prefabricated columns and the roof panels, the concrete assembly type technology is adopted, the on-site installation period is greatly shortened, only one week is needed for installation of one passageway generally, and efficiency is greatly improved compared with the construction period of 2-3 months of an existing steel structure.
