The invention provides a novel sealing material pressing device and process for synthetic diamond. The novel sealing material pressing device for the synthetic diamond comprises sealing material pressing equipment, wherein the sealing material pressing equipment comprises a novel pressing die frame; an original pressing mold frame in sealing material pressing equipment is replaced with the novel mold making frame designed in the invention, and then diamond is produced. According to the novel sealing material pressing device and process for synthesizing the diamond, provided by the invention, the overall process performance of pressure transmission and sealing performance of the pressing mold frame can be improved and optimized, so that the diamond synthesis production process becomes stable and is easy to control; and therefore, the production efficiency can be improved, and harmful substances are prevented from entering the pressing die frame to influence the growth of the diamond.
