High-strength and high-crack-resistance hydraulic anti-abrasion concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to high-strength and high-crack-resistance hydraulic anti-abrasion concrete and a preparation method thereof, and the high-strength and high-crack-resistance hydraulic anti-abrasion concrete is prepared from the following raw materials based on the weight of concrete per cubic meter: 125-138 kg/m < 3 > of water, 272-315 kg/m < 3 > of cement, 68.1-78.9 kg/m < 3 > of fly ash, 0.9 kg/m < 3 > of fiber, 27.3-28.6 kg/m < 3 > of silicon powder, 738-764 kg/m < 3 > of fine aggregate, 1137-1178 kg/m < 3 > of coarse aggregate, 2.94-4.73 kg/m < 3 > of a water reducing agent and 0.0257-0.0591 kg/m < 3 > of an air entraining agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially adding the coarse aggregate, the cement, the fly ash, the silicon powder, the fine aggregate and the fiber into a stirrer, uniformly stirring for 60-80 seconds, adding the water reducing agent and the air entraining agent into the mixing water, uniformly mixing, slowly adding the mixed solution into the mixture within 10 seconds, and fully mixing and stirring for 90-120 seconds to obtain the high-strength and high-crack-resistance hydraulic anti-abrasion concrete. The concrete has the advantages of being high in strength, excellent in abrasion resistance, good in crack resistance and the like, and the construction cost and the later operation and maintenance cost of enterprises are greatly reduced.
