The invention belongs to the technical field of inorganic functional materials. The invention provides a self-leveling heat-conducting cementing material. The self-leveling heat-conducting cementing material comprises magnesium oxide, magnesium sulfate, a modifier, a crystallization aid, a network forming agent and water. Magnesium oxide and magnesium sulfate react in a solution to generate needle-shaped hydrated magnesium oxide-magnesium sulfate double salt, and gaps are filled with the needle-shaped double salt, so that the compactness of a system is improved, and heat conduction is more uniform. The crystallization auxiliary agent provides a crystal nucleus for the generation of the hydrated magnesium oxide-magnesium sulfate double salt on one hand, and is helpful for keeping the hydrated magnesium oxide-magnesium sulfate double salt in a whisker shape on the other hand. The network forming agent is composed of superfine powder with high heat conductivity coefficient, the powder is uniformly distributed in the heat-conducting cementing material to generate a thermal bridge network, and meanwhile, a cementing material hydration product grows directionally to form a high-speed heat-conducting channel. The water reducing agent and the defoaming agent can improve the dispersion uniformity of the network forming agent in a liquid phase in an alkaline liquid phase environment formed by magnesium hydroxide, and the heat conductivity coefficient of the heat conduction material is improved.
