The invention discloses a method for preparing a high-temperature oxide melt containing superoxide radicals, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: uniformly mixing 30 to 60 weight percent of CaO, 20 to 35 weight percent of Al2O3, 0 to 15 weight percent of MgO, 8 to 15 weight percent of SiO2 and 0 to 10 weight percent of Fe2O3 by using a mixing and grinding method, putting the mixture into a crucible, putting the crucible into a high-temperature furnace in an air or argon atmosphere, heating to 1500 to 1700 DEG C to melt the mixture, preserving the heat, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the high-temperature oxide melt containing superoxide radicals. A high-temperature oxide melt containing rich superoxide free radicals is obtained; by changing the contents of CaO, MgO and Fe2O3, the content of superoxide free radicals in a range of 1.007 * 10 <-5 > mol/g to 9.078 * 10 <-5 > mol/g can be regulated and controlled. The high-temperature oxide melt has the advantages of high reaction activity, high inclusion dissolving and absorbing speed, high molten steel purifying capacity and the like.
本发明公开一种含超氧自由基的高温氧化物熔体制备方法,其特征在于:按照CaO:30~60wt%,Al2O3:20~35wt%,MgO:0~15wt%,SiO2:8~15wt%,Fe2O3:0~10wt%的配比,使用混磨方法混合均匀,将混合物放入坩埚中,再将坩埚置于空气或氩气气氛的高温炉中,然后升温至1500℃到1700℃使其熔融并保温,获得含丰富的超氧自由基的高温氧化物熔体;通过改变其中CaO、MgO、Fe2O3的含量可以调控其中的超氧自由基含量在1.007×10‑5mol/g到9.078×10‑5mol/g范围内。该高温氧化物熔体具有反应活性高、溶解吸收夹杂物快、净化钢水能力强等优点。
