The invention discloses a lightning protection grounding device of an assembly type bridge and a construction method of the lightning protection grounding device. The lightning protection grounding device comprises a metal street lamp pole which is installed on an anti-collision guardrail and connected to a steel reinforcement framework of the anti-collision guardrail; the first wire is connected to the steel reinforcement framework of the anti-collision guardrail and the steel reinforcement framework of the bent cap; the second wire is connected to the steel reinforcement framework of the cover beam and the steel reinforcement framework of the pier column; the conduction structure comprises a pre-embedded ring embedded in the lower portion of the bearing platform and a conductive part connected to the pre-embedded ring, one end of the conductive part is embedded in the bearing platform, and the other end of the conductive part extends to the position above the bearing platform and is connected to a steel reinforcement framework on the lower portion of the pier column; the embedded ring is provided with a circle of steel bar main reinforcements connected to the multiple pile foundations in the circumferential direction of the bearing platform, and the steel bar main reinforcements extend into a soil body of the foundation. The problem that a fabricated bridge is lack of a lightning protection grounding device and has potential safety hazards is solved.
