The invention relates to a size-adjustable grid curtain wall system for a fire rescue window, which comprises a first component capable of laterally sliding along a second component, the first component is fixedly connected with a curtain wall panel, a convex profile of the first component is connected with the second component in a matched manner, and a third component used for connecting the first component is mounted on the side surface of the second component. The side face of the second component is further provided with a detachable limiting screw, the limiting screw abuts against the first component, and an elastic component in a tensioned state is connected between the first component and the third component.
