The invention relates to an anti-efflorescence aluminate cement mortar and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing aluminate cement, sand, micro-powder calcium carbonate and pigment to obtain a dry mixture, adding water, and stirring to obtain the anti-efflorescence aluminate cement mortar. Compared with the prior art, the hydrophobic micro-powder calcium carbonate is introduced into the aluminate cement mortar, the effects of shortening the mortar setting time and improving the hydrophobicity are achieved, the hydrophobic micro-powder calcium carbonate accelerates solidification of ions prone to saltpetering, the hydrophobic micro-powder calcium carbonate reduces migration of soluble ions, and the hydrophobic micro-powder calcium carbonate and the hydrophobic micro-powder calcium carbonate have a synergistic effect on saltpetering inhibition. By adopting the method, the efflorescence of the aluminate cement mortar can be inhibited.
本发明涉及一种抗泛碱铝酸盐水泥砂浆及其制备方法,制备方法包括:将铝酸盐水泥、砂、微粉碳酸钙、颜料混合均匀,得到干混料,加水拌和后,即得到抗泛碱铝酸盐水泥砂浆。与现有技术相比,本发明在铝酸盐水泥砂浆中引入憎水性微粉碳酸钙,起到缩短砂浆凝结时间和提高其憎水性的效果,前者加速易泛碱离子的固化,后者减少可溶性离子的迁移,两者在抑制泛碱上协同作用。采用该法可抑制铝酸盐水泥砂浆泛碱。
