The evacuation and rescue channel comprises a gate-type rigid frame, a first channel and a second channel, the first channel and the second channel are sequentially connected, the gate-type rigid frame comprises stand columns and cross beams, the gate-type rigid frame and piers are staggered, the cross beams are arranged above the stand columns and stretch across a road, the first channel is arranged above the cross beams, and one end of the first channel is connected with a bridge. One end of the second channel is connected with the cross beam and communicated with the other end of the first channel, the other end of the second channel extends to a ground road, and the first channel and the second channel respectively comprise a first pedestrian ladder and a second pedestrian ladder which are used for evacuating trapped people to the ground.
