Bidirectional pre-assembly construction method for steel truss girder
The invention relates to a bidirectional pre-assembly construction method for a steel truss girder, which comprises the following steps of: dividing the whole steel truss girder into a plurality of assembly sections according to the positions of splice plates of sections in a design drawing, dividing each assembly section into a plurality of pre-assembly sections, firstly assembling the pre-assembly sections at the beginning of construction, and then assembling the pre-assembly sections at the beginning of construction; and then the pre-assembled segments are hoisted to the support platform to be circularly assembled from the middle to the two ends according to the assembled segments till the ends of the steel truss girder are folded. Compared with the prior art, the construction method has the advantages that the pre-assembled segments are assembled in advance, then the segments are circularly assembled from the middle to the two ends, one-way one-by-one assembling is converted into two-way segment assembling, the construction efficiency of the steel truss girder is improved, meanwhile, the high-altitude operation mode that a large number of single rod pieces are hoisted one by one is changed into pre-assembling on a pre-assembling site, and the construction efficiency is improved. The overhead working time of constructors is shortened, and the safety coefficient of the whole steel truss girder construction is improved.
本发明涉及一种钢桁梁双向预拼装施工方法,将整个钢桁梁按设计图节段的拼接板位置分成若干个拼装节间,每个所述拼装节间分成若干个预拼装片段,施工开始先进行预拼装片段的拼装,再将预拼装片段吊装至支架平台上按拼装节间由中间向两端循环拼装,直至钢桁梁端部合拢。与现有技术相比,本发明提前进行预拼装片段拼装,再由中间向两端循环拼装,由单向逐个拼装转换成双向片段拼装,提高了钢桁梁施工效率,同时将大量单杆件逐根单向吊装的高空作业模式变成预拼装现场进行预拼装,减少了施工人员高空作业时长,提高了整个钢桁梁施工的安全系数。
