The invention provides an ECC reinforced assembly type prestressed tendon supporting steel plate shear wall and an assembly method. The shear wall comprises an upper steel beam, a lower steel beam, a left steel column, a right steel column, a stainless steel wall plate, a first net-shaped ECC plate, a second net-shaped ECC plate and prestressed tendons. The end parts of the upper and lower steel beams and the left and right steel columns are welded and fixed into an integral outer frame; the stainless steel wallboards are connected with the upper, lower, left and right steel beams; screw rods I are screwed on outer channel steel flanges of the steel beams and the steel columns of the integral outer frame; the first net-shaped ECC plate, the stainless steel wall plate and the second net-shaped ECC plate are sequentially arranged and fixedly connected into a whole through screws II arranged on the side of the first net-shaped ECC plate and the side of the second net-shaped ECC plate. A cylindrical clamping head I is screwed on the screw rod I, a cylindrical clamping head II is screwed on the screw rod II, through holes are formed in the cylindrical clamping head I and the cylindrical clamping head II, and prestressed tendons are arranged in the through holes in the cylindrical clamping head I and the cylindrical clamping head II in a penetrating mode.
