Ultra-large-span pure panel structure glass curtain wall system without supporting system
The invention relates to a glass curtain wall system of a super-large-span support-free system pure panel structure. The structure comprises a glass panel, and the top end and the bottom end of the glass panel are both connected with a building main body structure; the aluminum alloy grooves are formed in the top end and the bottom end of the glass panel, and each aluminum alloy groove is connected to the end of the glass panel in a clamped mode; a plurality of groups of first connecting assemblies are jointly arranged between the aluminum alloy groove in the top of the glass panel and the building main body structure, and a plurality of groups of second connecting assemblies are jointly arranged between the aluminum alloy groove in the bottom of the glass panel and the building main body structure; a traditional curtain wall supporting structure system is omitted, the multi-layer laminated glass or the multi-layer laminated hollow glass serves as a peripheral protection panel of a building and a supporting stress structure of the curtain wall through reliable structural design, reasonable structural design and frontier process design, no stress component exists outside the plane of the curtain wall, and the curtain wall is not prone to deformation. Therefore, the maximum permeability of the building curtain wall is realized.
